Nifty Analysis for 31.08.2012

Yesterday i wrote

" Now keep an eye on 5310-12 above which we will see 5330 and above 5330 if sustains for 10-15 mins will fire towards 5350-65.

On downside below 5285 if sustains then expect 5275-50, which i see as buying opportunity for short term, as market should give a bounce back now from these levels. 5240-30 are very good supports and should be taken as stop loss."

 

Today Nifty future

made a high of 5319

and low of 5258

and finally closed at 5315

 

Once again levels doing wonders, as told if had bought at 5260-70 with sl at 5240, imagine money.....

 

Now what for tomorrow

 Now for September series future keep an eye on 5331, above this level nifty fut will kiss 5450-65 in mins and above that if sustains will kiss 5385-5400 also.

On downside keep a close eye on 5307-5300 breach of these levels will take it to 5290-75-50-20.

At the time of writing this post world markets are trading deep in red, if this downtrend continues till their closing then we may see 5290-75 on downside in nifty fut tomorrow.But if FIIs continue their buying spree as of today then markets may inch higher irrespective of everything.For that we will have to see tomorrow's opening.

 

 For near term also keep in mind the announcements from FED meeting and our GDP data which may influence the market in big way.

Nifty Analysis for 30.08.2012

Yesterday i wrote

" Now for tomorrow on the upside keep an eye on 5348-50, above this 5365-85 are possible and if sustains above that will kiss 5400-15-40 also.

On the downside watch 5325-20 carefully below that watch 5310-5300-5290 smoothly."

Today Nifty future

made a high of 5350

and low of 5292

and finally closed at 5295

So once again levels doing wonder in a way that nifty future's high was exactly my upper hurdle at 5348-50, not able to cross it and below 5325-20 kissed 5292, that too smoothly. I told that below these levels we will see 5310-5300-5290.

So once again bang on target by grace of almighty.

Now what for tomorrow

Now keep an eye on 5310-12 above which we will see 5330 and above 5330 if sustains for 10-15 mins will fire towards 5350-65.

On downside below 5285 if sustains then expect 5275-50, which i see as buying opportunity for short term, as market should give a bounce back now from these levels. 5240-30 are very good supports and should be taken as stop loss.

Clearly written yesterday that although the technical scenario is looking good but do not be over bullish, since fundamentals do not support much and the ongoing logjam in parliament is not helping either.

made a high of 5406

and low of 5358

and finally closed at 5363


 As clearly told in previous posts that breach of 5380-75 will show



5355 and today it kissed 5358.It was not able to cross yesterday's high of 5414 and crashed thereafter.

Now What Next?

 

Now keep an eye on 5344 below this will kiss 5330-20 on downside...and any breach below that will show 5290-50.

On higher side keep an eye on 5368-70, above this will zoom to kiss 5385-95 and if sustains above that will try to kiss 5415-40 also.

Nifty Analysis For 27.08.2012

On Friday Nifty future made a high of 5414

and low of 5382

and finally closed at 5407 approx.

As told in last post "Now for tomorrow keep an eye on 5380-75 on nifty future breach below that will take it to 5355."

Also " Below 5420 will show weakness towards 5400-5380"

It never breached this level and reversed from 5382, but could not sustain at higher levels though.

I gave an intra day call to short sell Nifty future at 5410-15 and it kissed first target 5385.

As told in last post also that i would like to buy Nifty towards 5375-55, i bought some quantity at 5380-90 levels. 

Now What Next?

 

Now for Monday keep an eye on  5422, above this nifty will zoom to kiss 5340-50 and then more power above 5457. Now suppose it sustains above 5457 for 10 mins then expect 5470-5500 in hrs or days to come.

A word of caution: Although technically Nifty's charts are very bullish, but i don't think much has happened in fundamentals to drive nifty to 6300 levels yet. So be cautious do not be over bullish, use trailing stop losses to protect profit.

Although if Govt. shows some willingness to carry out pending work on policy front. We may see nifty close to 5800-6000 levels in October-November.

CRUDE: DAILY CHART ANALYSIS

Below is the daily chart for crude:

Now 98.25-3 will act as a major hurdle. Above this expect a strong rally towards 100-102 levels.

On the downside keep an eye on 94.9 and 92.5, which are short term supports.

Chart pattern shows that ultimately crude is in uptrend till it break 92 on downside, if this level sustains then expect 102-105 sooner or later.

COPPER: DAILY CHART ANALYSIS

Below is the chart of copper.

3.5333 is and will act as a hurdle. Yesterday it was trading close to this level when some negative news about Fed came in and it started falling. Now short term traders keep an eye on this level, if short and above this level, major break out for copper.


On MCX, if this breakout happens, Copper may retest 435-40 easily.

Otherwise it will decline towards 415-17 and may consolidate.
